These are the Terms and Conditions which apply to your purchase of reproduction Greek art , jewellery and gifts (‘Goods’) from the Greek Statue Industry website at www.greekstatuesindustry.com (the ‘Website’). The Website and Goods are provided by Greek Statue Industry (‘We’, ‘us’, ‘our’). When we refer to ‘you’ and ‘your’, we mean the user of the Website and purchaser of the Goods.

• Due to the fact that the Goods are individually cast, carved, painted or hand-finished, there will inevitably be minor variations in size, colour and texture. The colours which are shown for the Goods on the Website will depend on many factors, including your display settings.
• All goods are subject to availability – we may not be able to supply your order. Every effort is made by us daily to update the Website so that stock availability is reflected.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your login details, password and all other details in relation to your account remain confidential at all times
PART 2 - BUYING GOODS
This Part sets out some terms which apply to your purchase of Goods from us through the Website.
You make an offer to purchase a product from us (your “Order”) by completing the staged process on the Website as set out below:
Adding a product/s to your shopping basket
Checkout step 1 – Login details or, if you prefer, you can purchase as a guest
Checkout step 2 – address details
Checkout step 3 – payment details
On receipt of your Order, we will send you a formal Order Acknowledgement email to the email address which you provide in the Order process. This Order acknowledgement email will contain your Order number and details of the Goods ordered.
Within 24 hours we will email you more ‘personally’ from London to let you know when you may expect your goods to be delivered.
All prices on the Website are in EURO. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout unless otherwise stated.
VAT is included in the price where applicable. For orders shipped outside the European Union, local taxes, duties, and import charges may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.
In the case of orders shipped outside the EU, responsibility for the payment of any import charges incurred remains with you.
PART 3 - RETURNING GOODS
Our return policy is 14 days return or exchange.
All returns must include all original items, original packaging, undamaged, unused and in re-saleable condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping and handling fees are absolutely non-refundable.
If goods arrive damaged, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the damage.
PART 4 - GENERAL TERMS RELATING TO OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU
This Part sets out some general terms that govern our relationship with you and purchases by you.
We will not be responsible for the performance of any obligations under these terms and conditions in the case of an event outside of our reasonable control (force majeure), including (but not limited to) strikes, lockouts, failures of third party systems or networks, acts of god, fire, earthquake, storm, flood or other natural disaster, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, deliberate sabotage of or malicious damage to equipment or data or for damage to or destruction of premises or equipment.All notices which we need to give to you under these terms and conditions will be sent by us to your registered e-mail address.

Delivery Information
- We ship worldwide from Greece, 12-48 hours after payment (doesn’t include weekends or holidays), via Greek Postal Service for all international packages.
- All packages include tracking number. We are responsible for loss of parcel and we provide return.
- International Buyers – Please Note : Custom fees and import duties are NOT included in the purchase price. Some countries may occasionally impose customs to incoming merchandise. If you have concerns about this, please find out the rules from your country prior to purchase.
- Estimated shipping time (after postal date) is 5 – 6 business days for Europe, and 7-10 business days for rest world.
